🧵 Conflict & Crafts ✨
November 12, 2025 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Conflict & Crafts is a cozy evening to keep your hands busy and let your brain process what’s going on in your life & relationships. Conflict can be a tricky thing to talk about. It’s deeply stigmatized. One can feel like a burden when ‘dumping’ on friends, feel guilt around the nuance of gossip vs venting, and be so stuck in our own patterns we don’t see them anymore. Being in conflict can feel scary or like we’re failing. But conflict is everywhere: in our relationships, our communities, and the world around us. And discussing the things that we are ashamed of brings them to light, making them easier to carry.
This gathering offers a softer way in. Bring your crafts like knitting, crocheting, doodling, collaging or just sip on some tea while we share stories, perspectives, and ideas about conflict. Whether it’s something in your life, your relationships, or the wider world, this is a space to talk it through, swap advice, and maybe even laugh at our own patterns (lol). The evening will be semi-guided and I will bring in prompts and reflection questions to steer the group.
BYO crafts (plus extra to share!). I’ll bring extra crochet needles, yarn, paper, and pens. While I’m available to give some tutorials on the crafts, the emphasis is on an open discussion around conflict.
This is a donation-based event (suggested €10–20) to support materials and the space.
All are welcome – inevitably an incredibly queer crowd.
